Inherent Vowel

There are many Abugida scripts, Indic Scripts for example, that use such characters as base Grapheme s, from which the Syllable s are built up. Base graphemes having consonant with an inherent vowel can be usually changed to other graphemes by joining a Tone Mark or Dependent Vowel to such grapheme.
